In November 2016, netcup and Anexia sealed their partnership. The Austrian IT service provider Anexia was founded in 2006 and specializes in high-quality cloud solutions and individual software development. In addition, Anexia operates over 90 data center locations worldwide.

Our managed servers are hosted in our own data center space. It is equipped with redundant, uninterruptible power and network connections which is continued down to the individual server within the data center.

The servers we use are purchased from HP and DELL. The servers from HP and DELL are of particularly high quality manufacture, have remote management cards and a fast, straight forward replacement service. The routing as well as the LAN are provided by routers and switches from the manufacturer Juniper.

We are always here for you. Even outside regular business hours, you can always reach an employee via emergency support, even on weekends or holidays. Problems or malfunctions on our part are always handled immediately.
