We are a registered member of the RIPE NCC (Reseaux IP Europeens Network Coordination Centre) for the purchase of IP addresses to supply our own data center as well as other colocations, e.g. directly in Karlsruhe.

DE-CIX is the largest Internet node in the world in terms of throughput. All major Internet providers and data centers exchange data with each other free of charge at DE-CIX in Frankfurt am Main. We participate in DE-CIX with a direct connection.

The N-IX is a regional Internet node in Nuremberg. We are connected to the N-IX and exchange traffic with participants here.

netcup is a member of DENIC eG. DENIC eG is responsible for the administration of all domains using the TLD .de. netcup is listed as a member of DENIC eG with the identification DENIC-415. This membership enables us to offer our customers particularly favorable prices for .de domains. Our customers also benefit from our DENIC-trained staff. We are available to our customers for all questions related to domain registration.

netcup is an accredited registrar of EURid. EURid is the registry for domains ending in .eu. As an approved registrar, netcup can register .eu domains directly at the source and offer the best support for questions regarding .eu domains.

netcup is an approved registrar of nic.at. nic.at is the registry for domains ending in .at, .co.at and .or.at. As an approved registrar, netcup can register .at-domains directly at the source and offer best support for questions regarding .at-domains.

netcup is a certified registrar of the SWITCH Registry. As a domain name registry, this organization manages all domain names ending in .ch and .li in the global Domain Name System (DNS). SWITCH provides the services associated with this task on behalf of the Swiss Confederation (Federal Office of Communications) and the Principality of Liechtenstein (Office of Communications).

Since November the 24th, 2011, netcup has been a member of eco - the Association of the German Internet Industry.

Eco sees itself as a cross-competitive source of information and provides guidance in the global online business and e-business. In particular, trends, practical fields of application, as well as technological and sociological developments are presented.

Through our membership, we can actively participate in political decisions that are relevant to us, work out solutions together, and benefit from the shared exchange of knowledge within the association.

We have been a member of Cloud Ecosystem since the end of 2020. Cloud Ecosystem is a network for cloud providers and all those operating in the digital market. Collaboration and the common goal of digitizing the European market unite the members of Cloud Ecosystem.

netcup is participant in the Alliance for Cyber Security (ACS) of the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI). The initiative, founded in 2012, aims to make Germany more resilient to cyber attacks as a business location.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is one of our most important hardware suppliers. As a service provider, we are a Silver Partner of HPE. The hardware from HPE is characterized by high quality. We have our own spare parts warehouse in our data center directly on site. In addition, HPE offers us a replacement of defective hardware within 24 hours for almost all components.

The hardware we use consists only of branded components that are designed for long-term operation. We use servers from DELL. The company DELL offers qualitatively well processed hardware and optimally coordinated hardware components.

We source routers and switches from Juniper. Juniper is known for its quality and high-performance hardware in the network segment. All network components are coordinated with each other. Juniper is therefore an ideal partner to cover our own and our customers' requirements in our data center.

We are a member of the German Cloud Computing Industry Association - EuroCloud Germany_eco. This association is committed to acceptance and demand-driven provision of cloud services in the German market. As a provider of cloud services, participation in the association is very important to us.

Among other things, you can pay invoices via PayPal. In addition to PayPal, we also offer bank transfer and, in Germany, bank direct debit as payment methods.

CyberForum is a non-profit organization which focuses on the extended technology region of Karlsruhe. With more than 1,000 members, it is the largest regionally active high-tech-entrepreneur-network in Europe. Its work is aimed in particular at companies in the IT and high-tech sectors. The large number of members enables a great knowledge transparency of like-minded professionals and thus offers exchange of IT ideas and innovations as well as company experiences.
