#PROFILE
After a comprehensive training phase, you will be responsible for our budget controlling. In this role, you will create budgets for all areas of the company and be responsible for the corresponding reporting. Furthermore, you will develop key performance indicators, analyses, visualizations, and dashboards in close collaboration with the management team to support strategic and operational decision-making. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for process optimization and actively contribute to the further development of our reporting. You will work closely with various departments and collaborate with your team side by side.
#WANTED
- Completed business education (e.g. HAK, vocational school, apprenticeship, university degree)
- Professional experience in a similar position
- Very good MS-Excel skills
- Experience with Metabase or similar BI tools is advantageous
- Experience in working with databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL is advantageous
- Very good analytical skills, high quality awareness and team spirit
- Communicative personality, open mindset and hands-on mentality
- Structured and organized way of working
- Excellent German and good English language skills in writing and speaking
