No, the promotional price is permanently valid - unless otherwise stated. There is an exception for necessary, general price increases in accordance with our GTC.
Flash Deals are additional, attractive offers that are only available for a short time. There might be more than one additional Flash Deals per promotional event. The exact duration may vary but is usually between 2 and 4 hours. You can identify a Flash Deal by the special lightning icon. As soon as a Flash Deal is available, you’ll be notified via our WhatsApp channel, Telegram channel, or RSS feed. So make sure you’ve subscribed to one of these channels and activated push notifications to avoid missing out on any additional deals.
Vouchers can generally also be redeemed on promotional products. However, they cannot be used for domains, groupware, SSL certificates, or merchandise. Combining multiple vouchers is not possible. Please also note any additional information provided on the respective product page.

Promotional products are not usually limited in quantity. However, it can happen that certain offers can only be ordered up to a certain limit for various reasons. In this case, however, we will point this out on the promotion page.
No, the best price guarantee does not apply to promotions. However, the satisfaction guarantee is valid for promotions on web hosting and root server products.
Unfortunately, that’s not possible. The offers are time-limited, and once the promotion has ended, the products are no longer available at the promotional price. However, netcup regularly features promotions and new offers. Feel free to check back later or take a look at our regular products, such as web hosting, domains, or server products, which also offer excellent value for money, even outside of promotions.
No, it is not possible to upgrade existing products or contracts for promotions.
For certain products purchased at regular prices through our website, an upgrade within the same product group and generation is possible.
However, upgrades for products purchased during a promotion are unfortunately not possible. If you later realize that your chosen plan does not meet your needs, you can cancel the plan as usual and order a new one directly through our website.
If you are ordering from netcup for the first time, your identity must first be verified and confirmed. This verification process is an important security measure to prevent potential fraud and cannot be skipped. You will receive further information about the verification via email immediately after placing your order. The ordered product will then be set up either automatically or, in some cases, by a netcup employee.
The first step of verification is not required for existing customers.
